Captain Chuck has been fishing the Upper and Middle Chesapeake Bay for over 50 years. As a kid, summers spent on the Chesapeake spawned a love of the water that continues today. After retiring from 30 years of public service, Captain Chuck turned his love of fishing into a retirement adventure which he has been enjoying for more than 20 years.
